Success After High School Project for Latinx Students

The Hispanic population is the fastest growing pre-college population in Idaho, but suffer from postsecondary completion rates below 10%.

RISE and participating partners (College of Western Idaho, Boise State University, and Nampa School District) are developing a project to address the gap in post-secondary attainment for LatinX students. Our strategies are still forming but this project will:

  • Support and resources for families and students in Canyon County

  • Move the needle on post-secondary attainment for Latinx students

  • Address cultural and system barriers for degree attainment

This project is still in development. Reach out to our Partnership Coordinator if you’d like to get involved!
